ELK ARCHERY HUNTS

Trophy Hunters Alberta offers 6-day archery elk rut hunts. You can hunt elk in the rolling foothills of SW Alberta, as well as in the rugged foothills area NW of Calgary,. Accommodation is typically on working Alberta ranches, B&Bs, at the full facility Grandview Stage, perhaps in a tent camp or in a local motel in or near the area being hunted. Over the years, our best bulls invariably are harvested during our archery elk hunts, when the elk are in rut and undisturbed.

ARCHERY ELK

THA offers 6-day Archery Elk Hunts (both pre-rut and rut). You can archery hunt elk in the rolling foothills and mountains of SW Alberta, as well as in the wonderful rugged foothills NW of Calgary.

Accommodation is typically on a working Alberta ranch, in a remote tent camp, a rustic remote lodge (complete with restaurant, store, satellite TV and other amenities) or in a local motel in a small town in, or near, the hunting zone.

Over the years, our three largest bulls have been harvested during our archery elk rut hunts, when the elk are actively responding to the bugle and/or cow calls. Typically during the archery rut hunt, the bulls remain relatively undisturbed and opportunity rates are frequently 100%. It is not unusual for THA hunters to achieve 100% opportunity during our archery elk rut hunts and, on a couple of occasions, our archery elk rut hunters have achieved 100% kill success. We have the territory and the expertise to provide you with a serious archery elk hunting experience.
