Hunt whitetail deer with Trophy Hunters Alberta in the CALGARY BOW ZONE (WMU 212). In the Calgary Bow Zone, a world renowned zone for producing record book whitetail deer, you can Hunt Alberta for some of Alberta's best whitetails. There are two 'Bow Zones' in Alberta, one around Edmonton and one around Calgary. In 2001, Wayne Zaft (Alberta resident) harvested a new P&Y world record (#2 B&C) 'Bow Zone' whitetail that grossed 222" and netted 208 6/8".

Archery is the only legal hunting method in the productive Calgary Bow zone and Hunters can archery hunt during the annual rut without the usual incursion of rifle hunters. These hunts occur from early September through to the end of November on private land.
