September 2004 - Mantix develops Online Reservation and Tracking System

Mantix has developed and is currently beta testing an online reservation system that will allow real time tracking of activities, individuals and organizers. This system will keep it simple for event organizers to invite and track the status of 100s of clients.

If you have ever tried to organize a large event before, you'll appreciate this online tool. The major features include:

1. Administrator Management - The Administrator will manage the Organizers through a secured administrator page. They will be able to add / delete / modify Organizers for the entire system.

2. Group Organizer Management - The Organizer will create and manage events. Each event is made available to existing registered users as well as invited guests.

3. Invitations and Reminders - Once the Organizer has their adventure created, their next step is to create an invitation list to be sent via email. A link will be provided to lead potential clients through an easy registration and sign-up for their event of choice.

4. Client Management - Once the Client has registered, they are able to update the Event Tracking system by using their username and password. They may view all events available on the system.

5. Room Management - If the event extends overnight, the option for room allocation is provided to the Organizer. The rooms will have a maximum capacity of two or four per night. The Organizer will assign each confirmed individual to a room. This summary will be made available on the Event Tracking System. The Organizer will manage last minute room changes.
